The Call of Duty: Mobile team has shared the latest Community Update for the game on Reddit late on Friday, November 15 providing fans of the game a look at what’s coming up to the title.
There’s a new battle pass stream of gear coming to Call of Duty: Mobile very soon, alongside new content drop for the game including Black Ops’ Summit map.
They’ve also said that controller support is incoming to the game and more details will be shared early next week in a blog post.
And lastly, Zombies mode debuts on November 22 alongside “other content!”
Greetings Call of Duty: Mobile community, last week we were thrilled to see you share in our excitement about upcoming content and zombies mode! Not only is that on the way this month, but as you may have noticed the current Battle Pass is nearing its end and that means a brand one is just around the corner.
That new Battle Pass will be filled with new loot, new gear, and plenty of ways to make you stand-out, or blend in, on the battlefield. On top of that there will be a variety of new content coming out around that same update, like controller support, new limited time modes, and a new classic map.
Hang tight until the next update and if the stars align on our end, we’ll be able to share all of those exciting details then!

On top of the in-game events, challenges, and everything occurring this week there has also been several new Call of Duty: Mobile blog posts since the last week Community Update
Earlier this week we had a post about all the different Operator Skills in the game. Whether you just want to know the basics of how a skill works or you want some tips you can find that all here.
Lucky Draw
A few weeks ago we used part of our Nov 1st. Community Update to address some of the questions and feedback related to the Halloween Lucky Draw. Tomorrow, we have the next iteration of that coming to the game: the Cosmos Chance.
Like we said last time, we are committed to making changes to this type of event to help you better understand how it works with a breakdown and the rarity of the included items. We have done the following:
- This rarity information can be found by clicking on the More Info button.
- In addition to the rarity information, we have also replaced XP cards and crates with more unique items.
Please let us know what you think of these changes, the new items (like Razorback – Cosmos), and what you’d like to see with similar events in the future.
Controller Support
Last week we mentioned Controller Support is coming out soon in an update and today we’d like to announce that you’ll be able to find all of that information early next week on our Activision Blog.
The blog post will provide information on what types of controllers are supported, the settings, and how to set that up. We’ll share that through our Call of Duty: Mobile social media and in several community areas once it is live.
Feedback
Before we jump in, we’d just like to thank the many players out there who specifically answered our call last week for more feedback related to new operator skills, new content, limited time modes, and in-game events. After posting the Community Update last Friday we saw many players immediately respond to those topics and while we can’t respond to each of those individual posts, we greatly appreciate the discussion, feedback, and enthusiasm.
This week we have a few new topics to discuss, so if you are looking for previously discussed topics, like anti-cheat or bots, please refer to our other Community Update posts.
COD Mobile: Garena – Beta Test
One quick note, our South East Asia version of Call of Duty: Mobile is currently performing a test for an upcoming update and many of you have been posting about it in the community.
Garena does not always share the same content as COD Mobile and that beta may have content that is not complete or not part of the final build, but even with that in mind please think of your fellow players before sharing potential spoilers about new maps, new modes, or other content that is exclusive to that beta. Be kind to each other everyone.
Limited Time Modes
It’s been a little while since we’ve discussed limited time modes and we saw quite a bit of discussion this last week about Hardpoint, Gun Game, and Free For All. The purpose of limited time modes is to provide with new and frequently rotating options that provide you with a new experience while also not splitting the player base or affecting matchmaking.
With that said, if you like a specific limited time mode please do keep letting us know. If you truly want a limited time mode to become permanent here is how you can influence that:
- Play it a significant amount during its limited time availability
- Bother you friends to get them to play it as well
- Bother your clan and get them to play it as well
- Bother the rest of community on social media to both share your love of the mode and to get them to play it as well
TL:DR get everyone you can to play it and we will notice. Sure, threads and feedback always are welcome too, but most importantly show your unrelenting dedication by extensively playing that mode.
Just a reminder, while we are always looking for feedback in community spaces, you can also report that in-game (hint – look under the ? icon next to the messages icon).Bug Reports
This week we saw the same types of bugs being discussed in the community and this will basically just be a reminder of how to deal with a couple of the most commonly discussed issues:
Lastly, we didn’t forget about zombies mode! We are happy to announce that it is releasing on November 22nd (PST) alongside some other amazing content that we’ll be talking about next week.
