Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 was the best selling game on the PS Store for month of October

PlayStation Blog has shared their top downloads for the month of October, showcasing which games were the best selling games on the PlayStation 4 Store for the month October 2018.

The post reveals that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 took the #1 spot over Red Dead Redemption 2.

Black Ops 4 claimed the top spot ahead of Rockstar’s western epic Red Dead Redemption 2 and Ubisoft’s open-world adventure Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

Here’s the top 10 downloaded PS4 games in the US for the month of October:

  1. Call of Duty: Black Ops 4
  2. Red Dead Redemption 2
  3. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey
  4. FIFA 19
  5. Battlefield 1
  6. Marvel’s Spider-Man
  7. NBA 2K19
  8. SoulCalibur VI
  9. Castlevania Requiem: Symphony of the Night & Rondo of Blood
  10. WWE 2K19

Activision announced back in October that Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 earned $500 million over the opening weekend and was the best selling digital title in Activision’s history across PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
